Here is the official list from today's (11/7/0Cool USA Today. Obviously this is not complete as there are not 69 commercial-free music channels listed. (There are only 35 listed.)

The ad also says "New programming, new choices, new prices, over 130 channel".

The first set of channels (labeled 1st list) are what XM has placed in the ad so we know that these channels will be part of the new lineup.

The second set of channels below (labeled 2nd list) is from some internal information that was purported to be leaked to someone further in this thread. It is important that you note that this second set of channels information is unofficial since it hasn't been publicly released by XM and centers mainly on the music channels. It doesn't give much information about the news/talk/sports channels.

Thanks.

wow, I just realized there are four single-artist rock channels. (five if you cosnider Elvis rock).

Rolling Eyes

My guess is that this list is the list of current channels that are staying. The other 35 will be new/newly named.

I would think you are right.

No mention of The Boneyard , Buzzsaw, Squizz, Octane, Hard Attack or Liquid Metal...but Hair Nation made the cut...

No mention of the Loft ... which has been a confirmed 'survivor'. Jam On and Left of Center, too.

Remember folks, there are still 34 commercial-free music channels not on that list.

JUST A HUNCH: They simply didn't want to list every channel. The ad would be too cluttered. There's more channels.

It also says "The Opie and Anthony Show" but no mention of "Ron and Fez" -- I'm assuming they mean O&A's channel (The Virus)

Also --

Cinemagic is staying?!

I hope this is true. I was worried because today they are just looping the Bond films. No word from Dave or Chris on air today. They just premiered their latest Reel Time yesterday talking to the director of Quantum of Solace. It was great.

I really hope Dave and Chris make the cut. It won't be Cinemagic without them.

Rude,

Thank you for posting this. You have been very quick with much needed information regarding the merger and changes that it brought.

Thumbs Up

Rude, I am probably asking a question that has been asked before, but is this new lineup going to be available to all xm subs regardless of what radio they have?
