So some Larry Norman and Maranatha Singers would be good from time to time?

I do listen to the Message but it seems so noisy the music and the words often - well I don't know what they are saying. Not very appealing with some exceptions so I do tune in each week for a bit.

Larry Norman used to be on The Message when Jim Epperlein had his playlist around. Maranatha Singers, on the other hand, would be more fit for Enlighten, and Sunday Morning Praise. Would love to see all of that on The Message, but I don't see that happening.

I remember when Larry Norman came to Rhodesia in 1972. This hippie with the long hair in a country where most of his targeted audience were teens with short army haircuts as they served their country. Larry took the nation by storm and was loved by all. We couldn't get enough of him.

Sat 10/31 11:00 pm ET
Stryper is one of the quintessential bands in Christian Rock history. To celebrate their 25th Anniversary and reunion tour, the guys of Stryper will don their full regalia and take over this special edition of “The Message: AMPED!” (It is, after all, the time of the year for costumes!) They’ll play songs from their decades-long career including some from their brand new album Murder By Pride. With all the experiences these guys have from all these years, you’ll be sure to hear some interesting stories! No trick… just a three-hour long treat for any true Christian Rock fan! (2 hrs)

i hope you listen
