My own ears heard it today (30Oct) at 4 PM Eastern on Escape. They announced during a "top of the hour" 30 second spot that on November 12th, Escape would be moving to channel 28. Based upon this announcement, one has to believe Escape has made the cut and will continue.
This is great news.

JAM, thanks for your "own ears."  I had a hunch---which I keep right here in my hunch box---that Escape would stay. There are several rock channels that could be combined and/or eliminated but there were no channels similar to Escape. Even on AM/FM radio, there are very few channels similar to Escape. Where else can we hear Lawrence Welk, Frank Pourcel, and the Johnny Mann Singers? I made a sample song list: http://www.xmfan.com/viewtopic.php?p=1296717#1296717

A suggestion...An easy listening channel that plays nothing but Muzak music. No vocals.
Also my ears are detecting something else. No longer am I hearing xm 78 (example) Now its channel 78.

Man, I hope On Broadway continues on another channel...
But at least you guys know where one of your favorite channels will be.

YaY! Escape staying. 
Now, about On Broadway. I like the AHHmazing Seth Rudetsky on Broadways Best. He should be the Program Director, but he is only on in the afternoons and on his Studio A Caberet show. Christina Peddi is good too. But, they could add a few of the XM shows to that channel, and improve the playlists dramatically. This is one channel where XM has a BY FAR Superior playlist over Sirius.
