XM Weekly Music Episode 55: XMU 2 September 2008, 2:37 pm Up first this week is Slimpocket from their latest three song ep which is self titled. Courtney Marie Andrews is up next from her release entitled Urban Myths; we'll hear two songs. Bowery Boy Blue is a band that's perfect to follow Courtney as Zeb Gould's Voice is just as soft and delicate. We'll hear a song from their release Stalk That Myth. Last up is Takka Takka from their sophomore release Migration, featuring guest appearances from members of The National and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah.

Next up is the Swedish rocker, Kristoffer Ragnstam from his release Wrong Side Of The Room. We'll hear my favorite song on the debut release from Laura Marling, Alas I Cannot Swim. On deck is a band that was featured on XMU's Radar Report as Artist of the Week, Morning State. Last in line this week is El Perro Del Mar from the new release From The Valley To The Stars.
XM Weekly Music Episode 53: XMU 20 August 2008, 2:59 pm This week we start with some rock delivered by Man Down Medic from their release, Fantasyland. The catchy vibes from the band Gentleman Auction House are up next as we feature two songs from their release Alphabet Graveyard. On deck we have the band Falcon from their self-titled EP and a song from UK-based band, Jensen. Last up is "Rat is Dead" from CSS (Cansei de Ser Sexy which means "tired of being sexy" in Brazilian Portuguese.)

Next up are two songs on the new album from The Sways. Sebastien Tellier is on deck with a few songs from his new release, Sexuality. Colourmusic is featured next with a song from their latest release, which has the weirdest album title ever - F, Monday, Orange, February, Venus, Lunatic, 1 or 13 (and yes that's the title of the record). Last up this week is a jam from the latest release from Azeda Booth.
XM Weekly Music Episode 51: XMU 5 August 2008, 3:25 pm First up this week is a CD that was recorded in a remote cabin in Alaska. The band is Alaska In Winter. Next Up is Pop Levi from the Never Never Love EP which was recorded in Quincy Jones's old studio where Thriller & Off The Wall were recorded. Mrandmrsmays is a married couple that "freaks out on stage." They're up next with two songs from their self-titled release. Last in line this week is Autolux featuring Eugene Goreshter, the same Eugene that performed on the Beastie Boys song "Eugene's Lament" from their album, Ill Communication.
XM Weekly Music Episode 50: XMU 29 July 2008, 1:32 pm We embark on our musical journey this week with a song from The Small Cities EP. Next is the latest release from the L.A. based indie-pop trio, Princeton. We'll hear the first two tracks on their Bloomsbury EP. The Shys Edge is next with two songs from their sophomore release entitled, "You'll Never Understand This Band The Way That I Do." Last up this week is a song from what some may feel is the American version of Jens Lekman. A Big Yes and a Small No, is the name of the band and we'll hear track 6 from their release, Jesus That Looks Terrible On You.
